The adidas Breaking Barriers Project is a commitment to equalizing the playing field for women and girls in sports across Europe. In the first campaign of its kind at this scale, we partnered with 15 nonprofit sports organizations, trained 100 leaders to be champions for gender equity in their communities, amplified athletes’ voices on social and developed a toolkit for local leaders and coaches to make a measurable impact on the ground. I helped develop the campaign creative and toolkit resources.
